Flight companies make profits from their contracts with ICE to transfer and deport immigrants using King County International Airport (Boeing Field) and since 2019 La Resistencia has led efforts against these deportation flights resulting in a King County executive order prohibiting these flights. However, in 2023 this executive order was overturned and deportation flights resumed along with efforts against them.
The conditions detained people are transported under is an extension of the inhumane treatment experienced inside Northwest Detention Center, both of which members of La Resistencia document and protest against.

Detained individuals are not listed as passengers, they're listed as cargo and are shackled around their waist, feet, and hands. This terror must end.
